Suggestions for Prayer

There are 1.2 million chronically lonely people in the UK in need of support. Some will be homeless, while others, for whatever reason, have lost touch with family and friends. Pray that many will be able to make contact with organisations, such as the Samaritans, and those who are trained to over advice and practical help. Pray too for the numbers of young people who experience loneliness.

People in North Barleyfields Road Area: Barleyfields, Maple Drive, Poplar Avenue, Oakwood Road, Coxwold Hill, Coxwold View.

Wetherby Churches pray for:  St Joseph’s Roman Catholic church.

Service of Service today at 11.00am- most of the service will take place outside our church as acts of service and at 12.15pm we will meet in the Church Centre for a simple lunch. Everyone can take part. Thank you. Val

Community Carol Sing: Good News we will be community singing at the Co-op on Thursday 20 December at 7:30pmfollowed by a quick festive sniff at the pub afterwards. The gospel choir will be heading us up, but as big an angelic choir as possible would be fab!
