St James’ Day – A huge thank you to all who helped our St James’ Day celebrations go with a swing. Miriam Knowles shared movingly about her time in Tanzania, of the cost as well as joy of serving the Lord wherever he puts us. Due to the skill of our flower arrangers, the church looked beautiful, our worship was lifted by the talent of all our musicians, and we were fortified by the work of organisers, cooks and washer-uppers at our celebratory barbecue. Thank you all for making a good day. Brendan

Suggestions for Prayer
Let us pray for the Police Force, as we give thanks for their service within the community. We also pray they may have the wisdom to provide effective policing in those places for which they are responsible and they are encouraged by knowing they have the majority of the general publics’ support.
