TWAM Appeal – Saturday’s collection of tools and haberdashery was very successful and will be taken to a Refurbishment Depot in Coventry. Here the tools are repaired, sharpened and sorted into ‘trade kits’ and packed ready to be sent overseas. On average, two containers per month, each containing sufficient for 40 applicants, are sent on their long journey to their particular destination. To all who were able to help with this appeal, thank you. Derek Taylor.

Brendan’s Sabbatical – Over the next few months, I shall be rather elusive. Every ten years or so, clergy get an opportunity to apply to take a three-month sabbatical – time to pray, reflect, study and recharge. The first part of my sabbatical runs from 5 March to 16 April. During my sabbatical Stroma, the Church Wardens and the Parish Office will be able to help with any queries or pastoral matters. I am grateful to everyone for their extra work covering for me in this period. Brendan
