Suggestions for Prayers

Pray for children and young people on holiday: those away with their families; those at youth camps and those remaining at home. For the teaching staff that they may return renewed and relaxed. For extra care and greater courtesy on our roads. We should also remember those, who, for whatever reason, are unable to get away for a break.

Pray for People in Linton:  Westgarth, Tibgarth, College Farm Lane, Stammergate Lane, Middle Lane, Orchard Drive, Northcote Fold, Eden Bank.

This week Churches in Wetherby pray for:   the work of Churches Together and those representing their churches.

Step-up 2017/18 – is a year-long process of learning about the Christian faith and practical discipleship. Step-up gives people an opportunity to learn, explore and ask questions about the Christian faith and the space to discern God’s call and purpose for their lives. Here in Wetherby the course begins on Wednesday 13th September 2017.
