Children and young people are at the heart of St James’ Church family.At the core of all that we do is a desire to help each other to follow Jesus, grow more like him, and have fun! All are most welcome to join these groups.
Regular activities Wednesday Toddlers
Children's Sunday Club during Parish Communion 9.30am At Sunday Club children leave church during the first hymn to make their way to the Church Centre where they engage in their own fun learning. The children come back into church for communion.
Wetherby Church Choir
Children's Activities during Worship @ 11.00
Once a month The Bacon Butty Club kicks its frying pan into action to feed the secondary school young people.

Easter Extra & Christmas Crackers Fun craft activities for children in the run up to Easter and Christmas.
No Trick Just Treat An ulternative celebration of Hallowe'en (All Hallows' Eve) with fun craft activities for children. Always hugely popular.
